Right to request an IDP notice or a No IDP noticeE+W
11. A child who on 1 September 2022 had identified special educational needs, or that child’s parent, may request that the governing body of the school at which the child is a registered pupil gives an IDP notice or a No IDP notice and the governing body must give either an IDP notice or a No IDP notice within 15 school days of the request.
