In regulation 1 of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (Housing Association Tenancies: Fundamental Provisions) Regulations 202214, for “the day on which section 239 of the Act comes into force”, substitute “1 December 2022 (the day on which section 239 of the Act comes into force)”.
