Amendment of the Renting Homes (Explanatory Information for Written Statements of Occupation Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 2022E+W
4. In regulation 1 of the Renting Homes (Explanatory Information for Written Statements of Occupation Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 2022(), for “the day on which section 239 of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 comes into force”, substitute “1 December 2022 (the day on which section 239 of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 comes into force)”.
