Secure Tenants of Local Authorities (Compensation for Improvements) Regulations 1994

14.  After regulation 1 of the Secure Tenants of Local Authorities (Compensation for Improvements) Regulations 1994(1) (citation and commencement), insert—

“Application

1A.  These Regulations apply in relation to England only.”
