Diwygio Rheoliadau Labelu Cig Eidion a Chig Llo (Cymru) 2011
5.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Labelu Cig Eidion a Chig Llo (Cymru) 2011(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 4 (tramgwyddau o dan ddeddfwriaeth uniongyrchol yr UE a ddargedwir), yn lle paragraff 4 rhodder—
“(4) Nid yw paragraffau (1)(a)(vi) nac (1)(b)(ii) yn gymwys—
(a)os yw’r mater sy’n ffurfio’r toriad honedig yn ymwneud â chynnyrch a osodwyd ar y farchnad cyn 1 Ionawr 2024; a
(b)pe na bai’r mater sy’n ffurfio’r toriad honedig wedi ffurfio toriad—
(i)yn achos paragraff (1)(a)(vi), o Erthygl 15 o Reoliad (EC) Rhif 1760/2000 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor fel yr oedd y Rheoliad hwnnw yn cael effaith yng nghyfraith yr UE yn union cyn diwrnod cwblhau’r cyfnod gweithredu; neu
(ii)yn achos paragraff (1)(b)(ii), o Erthygl 2(2)(b) o Reoliad (EC) Rhif 1825/2000 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor fel yr oedd y Rheoliad hwnnw yn cael effaith yng nghyfraith yr UE yn union cyn diwrnod cwblhau’r cyfnod gweithredu.”.
