3.—(1) Mae Rheoliad (EU) Rhif 576/2013 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor ar symud anifeiliaid anwes yn anfasnachol wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn Atodiad 4 (gofynion dilysrwydd ar gyfer prawf titradiad gwrthgorff y gynddaredd)—
(a)ym mhwynt 2(b), ar y diwedd mewnosoder “, except where point 2A applies”;
(b)ar ôl pwynt 2, mewnosoder—
“2A. This point applies where, the Welsh Ministers have administered a test which measures a level of antibody to rabies virus in serum of the animal tested equal to or greater than 0.3 EU/ml and using an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method that meets the validation standards set out in Chapter 1.1.6 of the Manual of Diagnostic Tests and Vaccines for Terrestrial Animals 2022;(1)”.
