The title of these Regulations is the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) (No. 3) (Wales) Regulations 2023.

These Regulations come into force on 1 January 2024.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 19892.
