The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012

15.—(1) The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 11(3)(a), for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”.

(3) In article 11A—

(a) in paragraph (2)(b)(i), for “retained EU law” substitute “assimilated”;

(b) in paragraph (4)(a), for “retained EU law” substitute “assimilated”.
