The Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (Wales) Regulations 2009

9.—(1) The Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (Wales) Regulations 2009(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(3)(a), for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”.

(3) In Schedule 2, in paragraph 1A, for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”.
