1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) (Amendment) Order 2023.

(2) This Order comes into force on 13 February 2023.

Amendments to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) Order 2018 E+W

2.—(1) The Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) Order 2018(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the Schedule (Designated Bodies), at the appropriate places insert—

“Adnodd Cyfyngedig (company number 14227941)”

“Education Workforce Council” (2)

“Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales” (3)

“Qualifications Wales” (4).
