The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 7(8), 41(3), (5) and (6), 43, 44, 47, 48(1) and (3), 54(6) and (7), 135 and 203(9) and (10) of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20061.
