Amendments to the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 2023
23.—(1) The National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2020(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—
(a)in paragraph (1), in the definition of “repeatable prescriber”, for “53” substitute “52”;
(b)in paragraph (3)(b), omit “and 61”.
(3) In Schedule 7 (terms of service for doctors providing pharmaceutical services)—
(a)in paragraph 5(c) (dispensing of drugs and appliances ordered by the dispensing doctor), for “56” substitute “55”;
(b)in paragraph 10 (complaints and concerns)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (1)(a), for “102” substitute “101”;
(ii)in sub-paragraph (2), for “103” substitute “102”.
