Title, extent, application and coming into force

1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Welfare of Animals (Transport) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2023.

(2) These Regulations—

(a) extend to England and Wales;

(b) apply in relation to Wales;

(c) come into force on 6 April 2023.
