Amendment of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/2450 E+W

14.—(1) Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/2450 authorising the placing on the market of products containing, consisting of, or produced from genetically modified soybean DAS-44406-6, pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on genetically modified food and feed(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 7 (authorisation holder)—

(a) for the heading substitute—

“Authorisation holders”;

(b) for the text substitute—

“The authorisation holders are Corteva Agriscience LLC, United States of America, and M.S. Technologies LLC, United States of America, both represented in Great Britain by Corteva Agriscience UK Limited.”

(3) In Article 9 (addressee)—

(a) for the heading substitute—

“Addressees”;

(b) for the text substitute—

“This Decision is addressed to Corteva Agriscience LLC, 9330 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268-1054, United States of America, and to M.S. Technologies LLC, 103 Avenue D, West Point, IA 52656, United States of America, both represented in Great Britain by Corteva Agriscience UK Limited, Cpc2 Capital Park, Fulbourn, Cambridge, CB21 5XE, United Kingdom.”

(4) In the Annex, for point (a) (authorisation holder) substitute—

“(a) Authorisation holders:

(1) The authorisation holders are—
