1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations and Modifications of Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations—
(a)extend to England and Wales;
(b)apply in relation to Wales;
(c)come into force on 26 April 2023.
