Subject to paragraph (2), a variation of, or amendment to, the contract may only be made in the circumstances provided for in Part 11 of Schedule 3.

Paragraph (1) does not prevent a variation of, or amendment to, a contract in the circumstances provided for in paragraphs 76(8), 109, 110, 111 and 124 of Schedule 3.
