A contract must, unless it is of a type or nature to which a particular provision does not apply, contain, other terms which have, the same effect as those specified in Schedule 3 except paragraphs 45(5) to (9), 46(5) to (17), 106(5) to (14), and 107.

The paragraphs specified in paragraph (1) have effect in relation to the matters set out in those paragraphs.
