PART 2Contractors: conditions and eligibility
Right of appeal I18
A person who has been given a notice by the Local Health Board under regulation 7(1) may appeal to the First-tier Tribunal against the decision of the Local Health Board that the conditions in regulation 5 or 6 are not met.
