Cyflogaeth gyda chorff GIG yng Nghymru
6.—(1) Mae’r person yn cael, neu wedi cael, yn y 12 mis cyn ei benodi, ei gyflogi am dâl gan—
(a)Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol sydd wedi ei sefydlu o dan adran 11 o’r Ddeddf,
(b)ymddiriedolaeth y GIG sydd wedi ei sefydlu o dan adran 18 o’r Ddeddf, neu
(c)Awdurdod Iechyd Arbennig o ran Cymru sydd wedi ei sefydlu gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan adran 22 o’r Ddeddf.
(2) At ddibenion is-baragraff (1), nid yw person i’w drin fel pe bai wedi cael ei gyflogi am dâl a hynny oherwydd ei fod wedi dal swydd cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd i Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol neu aelod nad yw’n swyddog ohono; cadeirydd, is-gadeirydd neu gyfarwyddwr anweithredol i ymddiriedolaeth y GIG; neu gadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd i Awdurdod Iechyd Arbennig neu aelod nad yw’n swyddog ohono.
(3) Mae person yn peidio â bod yn gymwys i fod yn aelod nad yw’n swyddog os yw’r person hwnnw, yn dilyn ei benodi’n aelod nad yw’n swyddog, yn ymgymryd â chyflogaeth am dâl gydag unrhyw un neu ragor o’r cyrff a restrir yn is-baragraff (1) heblaw o dan yr amgylchiadau a bennir yn is-baragraff (2).
