Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddir iddynt gan adran 56(4) o Gorchymyn Ddeddf Amaethyddiaeth (Cymru) 2023(1), yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn:
Enwi a dehongli
1.—(1) Enw’r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Deddf Amaethyddiaeth (Cymru) 2023 (Cychwyn Rhif 2) 2024.
(2) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn, ystyr “y Ddeddf” yw Deddf Amaethyddiaeth (Cymru) 2023.
