(i)yn y geiriau o flaen paragraff (a), yn lle “adran 2 o Ddeddf 1979 (rheolaeth ar waith sy’n effeithio ar henebion cofrestredig)” rhodder “adran 13 o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd Hanesyddol (Cymru) 2023 (awdurdodi gwaith drwy gydsyniad heneb gofrestredig)”;
(ii)ym mharagraff (a), yn lle “tystysgrifau a restrir ym mharagraff 2 o Atodlen 1 i’r Ddeddf honno” rhodder “declarasiynau a restrir yn adran 15(1) o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd Hanesyddol (Cymru) 2023”;
(b)ym mharagraff 2—
(i)yn is-baragraff (1), yn lle “adran 2(3) o Ddeddf 1979” rhodder “adran 13(1) o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd Hanesyddol (Cymru) 2023”;
