13.  In regulation 2A(2)(b)(ii)(aa) (prescribed assumptions: valuation from 1 April 2010) of the Valuation for Rating (Plant and Machinery) (Wales) Regulations 2000(()(1), for “sections 41(2) and 52(2)” substitute “sections 41ZA(2) and 52ZA(2)”.
