1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Procurement (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2025.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 24 February 2025.
2. In these Regulations—
“the 2023 Act” (“Deddf 2023”) means the Procurement Act 2023(1);
“the 2024 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2024”) means the Procurement (Wales) Regulations 2024(2).
