111Dental public healthE+W
(1)[F1A local authority] has such functions in relation to dental public health in England as may be prescribed.
(2)The functions of a [F2local authority] under this section may be discharged—
(a)by the [F2local authority] itself,
(b)by the [F2local authority] and one or more [F3other local authorities] acting jointly, or
(c)by any other person or body in accordance with arrangements made by the [F2local authority].
