2E+W+SIn the Child Support Act 1991, in paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 (maintenance calculations), as it has effect apart from section 1 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000, in sub-paragraph (4) after “Where” there is inserted “ universal credit (in such circumstances as may be prescribed), ”.
