There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (Transfer of Police and Crime Commissioner Functions to the Mayor) Order 2017, Paragraph 57.
57.—(1) The Local Audit (Auditor Resignation and Removal) Regulations 2014(1) are modified as follows.
(2) In regulation 2—
(a)in paragraph (3), for “police and crime commissioner” substitute “combined authority”;
(b)in paragraph (4), for “a police and crime commissioner” substitute “the combined authority in relation to the mayor’s PCC functions”.
