PART 1 PERSONS ELIGIBLE FOR TUITION FEE AND LIVING COST SUPPORT
1.Persons who are settled in the United Kingdom or have long residence
2.EU nationals etc. with protected rights who have been living in the UK and Islands for three years
5.Workers, employed persons, self-employed persons and their family members
6.Workers who benefitted from the Freedom of Movement for Workers Regulation—
7.Persons who are settled in the United Kingdom and have exercised a right of residence elsewhere
16.Persons granted discretionary leave to remain as a victim of modern slavery
17.Persons granted indefinite leave to remain as a victim of domestic violence or domestic abuse
2.Ordinary residence for specified period: general and interpretation
3.Ordinary residence for specified period: exclusion for education purposes
4.Ordinary residence for specified period: length of residence requirements for dependent and independent students born in the relevant area
5.Ordinary residence for specified period: temporary absence for employment or study
