3.—(1) In these Directions—
(a)“one-way road” has the meaning given in paragraph 1 of the Schedule;
(b)“the Regulations” means the Traffic Signs Regulations 2002(1); and
(c)the expressions listed in paragraph (2) have the same meaning as in the Regulations.
(2) Those expressions are—
“the 1984 Act”;

“contra-flow”;
“controlled parking zone”;
“cycle lane”;
“cycle track”;
“dual carriageway road”;
“EEA Standard”;
