145Y pŵer i ddyroddi codau

(1)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddyroddi, a diwygio o bryd i’w gilydd, un neu fwy o godau ar arfer swyddogaethau gwasanaethau cymdeithasol (“cod”).
(2)Caiff cod osod gofynion, a chaiff gynnwys canllawiau sy’n disgrifio nodau, amcanion a materion eraill.
(3)Rhaid i awdurdod lleol, wrth arfer swyddogaethau gwasanaethau cymdeithasol—
(a)gweithredu’n unol ag unrhyw ofynion perthnasol sydd wedi eu cynnwys mewn cod (yn ddarostyngedig i adran 147), a
(b)rhoi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau perthnasol sydd wedi eu cynnwys ynddo.
(4)Caiff cod bennu nad yw adran 147 yn gymwys i ofyniad sydd wedi ei gynnwys yn y cod.
(5)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru—
(a)cyhoeddi ar eu gwefan bob cod sydd am y tro mewn grym, a
(b)trefnu bod y codau sydd wedi eu disodli neu eu dirymu (p’un a ydynt ar eu gwefan neu fel arall) ar gael i’r cyhoedd.
