Deddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014, Adran 60 yn gyfredol gyda’r holl newidiadau y gwyddys eu bod mewn grym ar neu cyn 14 Tachwedd 2024. Mae newidiadau a all gael eu dwyn i rym yn y dyfodol. Mae newidiadau a wnaed yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt trwy anodiadau.
Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. Er mwyn gweld yr wybodaeth 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' ar gyfer y ddarpariaeth hon ewch yn ôl i'r fersiwn ddiweddaraf gan ddefnyddio'r opsiynau yn y blwch 'Pa Fersiwn' uchod.
(1)Mae’r adran hon yn disgrifio’r personau y caniateir i ffioedd gael eu gosod arnynt o dan adran 59.
(2)Caniateir i ffi am ddarparu neu drefnu i ddarparu gofal a chymorth i ddiwallu anghenion oedolyn, neu ar gyfer sefydlu’r trefniadau ar gyfer y gofal a’r cymorth hwnnw, gael ei gosod ar yr oedolyn hwnnw.
(3)Caniateir i ffi am ddarparu neu drefnu i ddarparu gofal a chymorth i ddiwallu anghenion plentyn, neu ar gyfer sefydlu’r trefniadau ar gyfer y gofal a’r cymorth hwnnw, gael ei gosod—
(a)pan fo’r gofal a chymorth yn cael eu darparu i blentyn, ar oedolyn sydd â chyfrifoldeb rhiant dros y plentyn hwnnw;
(b)pan fo anghenion y plentyn am ofal a chymorth yn cael eu diwallu drwy ddarparu rhywbeth i oedolyn, ar yr oedolyn hwnnw.
(4)Caniateir i ffi am ddarparu neu drefnu i ddarparu cymorth i ddiwallu anghenion gofalwr, neu am sefydlu’r trefniadau ar gyfer y cymorth hwnnw, gael ei gosod—
(a)pan fo’r cymorth yn cael ei ddarparu i ofalwr sy’n oedolyn, ar y gofalwr hwnnw;
(b)pan fo’r cymorth yn cael ei ddarparu i ofalwr sy’n blentyn, ar oedolyn sydd â chyfrifoldeb rhiant dros y gofalwr hwnnw;
ond mae hyn yn ddarostyngedig i is-adran (5).
(5)Pan fo anghenion gofalwr am gymorth yn cael eu diwallu drwy ddarparu gofal a chymorth i berson y mae’r gofalwr yn darparu, neu’n bwriadu darparu, gofal iddo, nid yw is-adran (4) yn gymwys; caniateir i ffi am ddarparu, neu drefnu i ddarparu, y cymorth hwnnw, neu am sefydlu’r trefniadau ar gyfer y cymorth hwnnw, gael ei gosod yn lle hynny—
(a)pan fo anghenion y gofalwr am gymorth yn cael eu diwallu drwy ddarparu gofal a chymorth i oedolyn, ar yr oedolyn hwnnw;
(b)pan fo anghenion y gofalwr am gymorth yn cael eu diwallu drwy ddarparu gofal a chymorth i blentyn, ar oedolyn sydd â chyfrifoldeb rhiant dros y plentyn hwnnw.
