(2)Yn is-adran (1), ar ôl “i ganiatáu” mewnosoder “neu i’w gwneud yn ofynnol”.
(3)Yn is-adran (3), yn lle paragraff (a) rhodder—
“(a)darpariaeth ynghylch yr amgylchiadau pan ganiateir gwneud trefniadau;
(aa)darpariaeth sy’n rhagnodi amgylchiadau pan fo rhaid gwneud trefniadau;
(ab)darpariaeth i drefniadau gael eu gwneud yn ddarostyngedig i amodau neu gyfyngiadau rhagnodedig;”.
