1Yr amcanion rheoli tir yn gynaliadwy LL+C
(1)Mae’r amcanion rheoli tir yn gynaliadwy fel a ganlyn.
(2)Yr amcan cyntaf yw cynhyrchu bwyd a nwyddau eraill mewn modd cynaliadwy, ac wrth wneud hynny—
(a)diwallu anghenion y presennol heb beryglu gallu cenedlaethau’r dyfodol i ddiwallu eu hanghenion eu hunain, a
(b)cyfrannu at gyflawni’r nodau llesiant yn adran 4 o Ddeddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015 (dccc 2).
(3)Yr ail amcan yw lliniaru ac addasu i newid yn yr hinsawdd, ac wrth wneud hynny—
(a)diwallu anghenion y presennol heb beryglu gallu cenedlaethau’r dyfodol i ddiwallu eu hanghenion eu hunain, a
(b)cyfrannu at gyflawni’r nodau llesiant yn adran 4 o Ddeddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015.
(4)Y trydydd amcan yw cynnal a gwella gwytnwch ecosystemau a’r manteision maent yn eu darparu, ac wrth wneud hynny—
(a)diwallu anghenion y presennol heb beryglu gallu cenedlaethau’r dyfodol i ddiwallu eu hanghenion eu hunain, a
(b)cyfrannu at gyflawni’r nodau llesiant yn adran 4 o Ddeddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015.
(5)Y pedwerydd amcan yw cadw a gwella cefn gwlad ac adnoddau diwylliannol a hyrwyddo mynediad y cyhoedd iddynt a’u hymgysylltiad â hwy, a chynnal y Gymraeg a hyrwyddo a hwyluso ei defnydd, ac wrth wneud hynny—
(a)diwallu anghenion y presennol heb beryglu gallu cenedlaethau’r dyfodol i ddiwallu eu hanghenion eu hunain, a
(b)cyfrannu at gyflawni’r nodau llesiant yn adran 4 o Ddeddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015.
(6)At ddibenion yr amcan cyntaf, mae’r ffactorau sy’n berthnasol i ba un a yw bwyd a nwyddau eraill yn cael eu cynhyrchu mewn modd cynaliadwy yn cynnwys gwytnwch busnesau amaethyddol o fewn y cymunedau y maent yn gweithredu ynddynt a’u cyfraniad i’r economi leol, ymysg pethau eraill.
(7)At ddibenion y trydydd amcan, mae’r ffactorau sy’n berthnasol i wytnwch ecosystemau yn cynnwys, ymysg pethau eraill—
(a)amrywiaeth rhwng ecosystemau ac oddi mewn iddynt;
(b)y cysylltiadau rhwng ecosystemau ac oddi mewn iddynt;
(c)graddfa ecosystemau;
(d)cyflwr ecosystemau (gan gynnwys eu strwythur a’u gweithrediad);
(e)gallu ecosystemau i addasu.
(8)At ddibenion y pedwerydd amcan, mae “adnoddau diwylliannol” yn cynnwys treftadaeth ddiwylliannol a’r amgylchedd hanesyddol, ymysg pethau eraill.
