13Adroddiad blynyddol ynghylch cymorth a ddarparwyd o dan adran 8 LL+C

(1)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru lunio adroddiad o dan yr adran hon (“adroddiad blynyddol”), mewn perthynas â phob cyfnod adrodd, ynghylch y cymorth a ddarparwyd yn ystod y cyfnod.
(2)Rhaid i’r adroddiad blynyddol gynnwys yr wybodaeth a ganlyn—
(a)cyfanswm unrhyw gymorth ariannol a ddarparwyd yn ystod y cyfnod adrodd;
(b)pan fo cymorth wedi ei ddarparu yn ystod y cyfnod drwy gynllun fel a grybwyllir yn adran 8(3)—
(i)cyfanswm unrhyw gymorth ariannol a ddarparwyd o dan y cynllun yn ystod y cyfnod;
(ii)disgrifiad o unrhyw gymorth arall a ddarparwyd o dan y cynllun yn ystod y cyfnod;
(c)disgrifiad o unrhyw gymorth ac eithrio cymorth ariannol a ddarparwyd yn ystod y cyfnod adrodd, ond nid o dan gynllun fel a grybwyllir yn adran 8(3).
(3)Caiff yr adroddiad blynyddol hefyd gynnwys unrhyw wybodaeth arall y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn ystyried ei bod yn briodol.
(4)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru, yn ddim hwyrach na 12 mis ar ôl diwedd pob cyfnod adrodd—
(a)cyhoeddi’r adroddiad blynyddol sy’n ymwneud â’r cyfnod adrodd hwnnw, a
(b)ei osod gerbron Senedd Cymru.
(5)Yn yr adran hon, ystyr y “cyfnod adrodd” yw—
(a)yn achos yr adroddiad blynyddol cyntaf, y cyfnod sy’n dechrau â’r diwrnod y mae adran 8 yn dod i rym, ac sy’n dod i ben â 31 Mawrth 2025;
(b)yn achos adroddiadau blynyddol dilynol, blynyddoedd ariannol olynol.
