9Darpariaeth bellach ynghylch cymorth o dan adran 8 LL+C

(1)Caniateir darparu cymorth yn ariannol neu fel arall.
(2)Caniateir darparu cymorth ariannol drwy grant, benthyciad neu warant, neu ar unrhyw ffurf arall.
(3)Caniateir darparu cymorth yn ddarostyngedig i fodloni meini prawf o ran cymhwysedd.
(4)Pan fo cymorth yn cael ei ddarparu mewn cysylltiad â’r defnydd o dir, caniateir i’r meini prawf cymhwysedd (ymysg pethau eraill) bennu gofynion yn ymwneud ag—
(a)hectarau neu nodweddion y tir;
(b)i ba raddau y mae rhaid i’r tir gael ei ddefnyddio ar gyfer neu mewn cysylltiad ag amaethyddiaeth neu weithgareddau ategol;
(c)y person y darperir cymorth iddo (er enghraifft drwy gyfeirio at ddefnydd neu ddefnydd fwriadedig y person o’r tir).
(5)Caniateir darparu cymorth yn ddarostyngedig i unrhyw amodau y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn ystyried eu bod yn briodol.
(6)Caniateir i’r amodau (ymysg pethau eraill) gynnwys darpariaeth i gymorth ariannol gael ei ad-dalu neu ar gyfer gwneud iawn amdano fel arall (gyda llog neu beidio).
(7)Caniateir darparu cymorth i wneuthurwr neu weithredwr cynllun trydydd parti mewn cysylltiad â sefydlu neu weithredu’r cynllun hwnnw (gan gynnwys mewn cysylltiad â darparu cymorth o dan y cynllun hwnnw).

(9)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddirprwyo i unrhyw berson arall swyddogaethau sy’n ymwneud â darparu cymorth.
(10)Caiff swyddogaethau a ddirprwyir o dan is-adran (9) gynnwys—
(a)rhoi canllawiau;
(b)arfer disgresiwn.
