1SIn section 1(1) of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947 (procedure for compulsory purchase of land etc.), after paragraph (d) insert—
“(da)by the Scottish Ministers under section 19 of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018;”.
2SIn section 160(7) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (power to make tree preservation orders), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)section 33 of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 (felling of trees subject to tree preservation orders).”.
