The Betting, Gaming, Lotteries and Amusements (Northern Ireland) Order 1985, Paragraph 7 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
7. Part I shall apply for the purposes of an application under Article 146(1) for the renewal of a lottery certificate, subject to the following modifications—N.I.
(a)paragraph 1 shall be omitted;
(b)in paragraphs 2, 5 and 6 for any reference to the renewal date there shall be substituted a reference to the time of the court sitting at which the application is to be made.
