1. Any building or room used for the retail sale or hire of goods or services, including—S
(a)restaurants, including restaurants and dining rooms in hotels or members' clubs,
(b)cafes, except workplace canteens,
(c)bars, including bars in hotels or members' clubs,
(d)public houses.
