4Any provision in a public service pension scheme (within the meaning of the [F7Pension Schemes Act 1993] or the [F8Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993] which has effect in relation to conviction of an offence under the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1939 shall be construed as if the reference to such an offence included a reference to an offence under this Act.
