Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, Cross Heading: House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 24) is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 04 March 2025. 3(1)Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)Insert at the appropriate place— “ Office for Tenants and Social Landlords. ”
(3)Omit the entry for the Housing Corporation.
