House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 24) E+W

3 (1) Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Insert at the appropriate place— “ Office for Tenants and Social Landlords. ”

(3) Omit the entry for the Housing Corporation.
