    3. 62. Executions to be levied on the goods belonging to commissioners by virtue of their office only.

  9. Officers

    1. 65. Power to commissioners to appoint clerk and other officers, and remove them from time to time.

    4. 68. Security to be taken from all officers intrusted with money.
