Dewisiadau Agor

Dyma’r fersiwn wreiddiol (fel y’i gwnaed yn wreiddiol).

  1. Introductory Text

  2. Commissioners may adjourn Meetings from Day to Day,

  3. Proviso as to confirming Proceedings.

  4. II.Cathedrals in which Honorary Canonries are founded.

  5. III.Honorary Preferment may be held with Two Benefices. 3 & 4 Vict. c. 113. ss. 23, 51., and shall not be subject to Lapse.

  6. IV.First Fruits and Tenths of vacated Prebends, &c.

  7. V.Deans need not hold Prebends.

  8. VI.Commissioners to have same Claims as duly qualified Prebendaries.

  9. VII.Provisions of 3 & 4 Vict. c.113 to apply to other non-residentiary Prebends, &c. ss. 22, 51, 52, 53.

  10. VIII.Application of certain Monies to Parishes of St. Margaret's and St. John's, Westminster.

  11. IX.Archdeaconries may be endowed with Benefices.

  12. X.The Provision in 1 & 2 Vict. c.106 as to Archdeacons holding Two Benefices, to extend to Peculiars.

  13. XI.Endowment may be dis-annexed from one Archdeaconry, and annexed to another.

  14. XII.Further Provisions respecting Southwell.

  15. XIII.Durham University Trusts.

  16. XIV.Saint David's, Llandaff, and Brecon Revenues. Provisions repealed.

  17. XV.Amendments relating to Minor Canons.

  18. XVI.Majority of Members to constitute a Chapter.

  19. XVII.Sinecure Rectories in Private Patronage.

  20. XVIII.Disposal of Residence Houses.

  21. XIX.Correction of Error respecting Endowments belonging to Lichfield Prebends.

  22. XX.Enlarged Discretion as to Mode of fixing Incomes.

  23. XXI.Powers of Exchange, &c. extended to all Corporations Sole.

  24. XXII.Provisions of 3 & 4 Vict. c.113 s.73 respecting Exchange of Advowsons, to authorize Exchange by Ecclesiastical Corporations.

  25. XXIII.Exchanges of Advowsons may be made for the Purpose of Unions.

  26. XXIV.Consent of Patrons how to be given.

  27. XXV.Division of Corporate Revenues at Windsor and Lincoln.

  28. XXVI.Augmentations under 1 & 2 W.4 c.45 may be made by all Corporations Sole; and Building Land may be let or sold for the Purpose.

  29. XXVII.Commissioners may pay Agents, &c.

  30. XXVIII.Act not to apply to Saint Asaph and Bangor, &c.

  31. XXIX.Construction of the Terms " Lands ", &c. Provisions of Tithe Commutation Acts extended to Commissioners.

  32. XXX.Powers of 6 & 7 W.4 c.77 and 3 & 4 Vict. c.113 extended to this Act.

  33. XXXI.Act may be amended this Session.
