The Companies (Inspectors' Reports) (Fees) Regulations 1981
Coming into Operation
22nd December 1981
The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 168(2) and 455(1) of the Companies Act 1948(), and now vested in him(), hereby makes the following Regulations:—
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Inspectors' Reports) (Fees) Regulations 1981 and shall come into operation on 22nd December 1981.
2. The fee prescribed for the furnishing of a copy of a report under section 168(2) of the Companies Act 1948 or for furnishing a copy of a report or part of a report under that section as it applies for the purposes of section 172 of that Act() shall be 10 pence for each page copied.

The Companies (Inspectors' Reports) (Fees) Regulations 1981 provide that the fee charged by the Secretary of State for furnishing a copy of a report under section 168(2) of the Companies Act 1948 as amended by section 88 of the Companies Act 1981 or under that section as it applies for the purposes of section 172 of the Companies Act 1948 as amended by section 89 of the Companies Act 1981 is to be 10 pence for each page copied.
