Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (Commencement No. 14 and Transitional Provision) Order 1992.
(2) In this Order, “the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990().
Commencement of provisions concerning planning obligations and local planning authorities: distribution of functions
2. The following provisions of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 shall come into force on 9th November 1992—
section 12(1), so far as it is not yet in force;
section 32, in so far as it relates to paragraphs 9(2)(d) (so far as that paragraph is not yet in force), 53(5) (so far as that paragraph is not yet in force), 54(2), (3)(b) and (f) and 57(2)(f) of Schedule 7; and
section 84(6), so far as it gives effect to the repeals in Part I of Schedule 19 specified in the Schedule to this Order.
Transitional provision
3. The amendments made to paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 to the 1990 Act by paragraph 53(5) of Schedule 7 to the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 shall not apply to an application for planning permission or an application for approval of a matter reserved under an outline planning permission within the meaning of section 92 of the 1990 Act made before the coming into force of this Order nor to any alteration to that application accepted by the authority .
