Regulation 3

SCHEDULE 2Consequential Amendment

In regulation 4 of the Scholarships and Other Benefits Regulations 1977(1), for paragraph (d) there shall be substituted—

“(d)pay the whole or any part of the tuition fees, boarding or lodging fees and expenses payable in respect of children attending schools at which fees are payable;”.
