Whereas the draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament:
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in pursuance of sections 22, 24(1), 42(4), 44(5), 96(7), 144(6), 146(4), 147(3), 151(2) and 155(2) of, and paragraphs 1 to 4, 6(3), 7, 8 and 9 of Schedule 3 to, the Government of Wales Act 1998M1, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows—
