The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in relation to England and the National Assembly for Wales in relation to Wales, being designatedM1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972M2 in relation to the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the said section 2(2), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, make the following Regulations:
