There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Transfer of Tribunal Functions and Revenue and Customs Appeals Order 2009, Paragraph 153.
153.—(1) The Registered Pension Schemes and Overseas Pensions Schemes (Electronic Communications of Returns and Information) Regulations 2006(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation) omit the entry for “the tax appeal Commissioners”.
(3) In Schedule 2 omit “to the tax appeal Commissioners” in each place.
