The Defence Reform Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 50(1) and (2) of the Defence Reform Act 2014(), makes the following Order:
Citation and interpretation
1. This Order may be cited as the Defence Reform Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015.
2. In this Order “the Act” means the Defence Reform Act 2014.
Commencement
3. Paragraphs 19(b), 20(b) and 21(b) of Schedule 4 come into force on 31st March 2015.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force the remaining provisions of Part 2 of the Defence Reform Act 2014 (c. 20). These provisions remove previous restrictions relating to the Review Board for Government Contracts, which has now been wound-up. Paragraphs 2(5) and 6(4) of Schedule 5 to the Act have been superseded and will not be commenced.
NOTE AS TO EARLIER COMMENCEMENT ORDERS
The following provisions of the Defence Reform Act 2014 (c.20) have been brought into force by commencement orders made before the date of this Order ():
