15.—(1) Natural uranium, depleted uranium or thorium in the form of metal, alloy, chemical compound or concentrate and any other material containing one or more of the foregoing, other than those specified in Dual-Use code 0C001.U.K.
(2) In this paragraph “natural uranium” and “depleted uranium” each have the meaning given to them in the Dual-Use Regulation.
